Norm Macdonald’s HST Position

6 February 2010 No Comment
Norm Macdonald opposes BC HST

The Revelstoke Current has reported that Norm Macdonald, the MLA for Columbia River-Revelstoke, will be voting against the proposed HST during the Spring Legislative sessions. Norm says,

In keeping with my party’s election promise to not implement the HST, I will be voting against this legislation.  Unfortunately, BC Liberal MLAs, who also promised not to implement the HST, will not be keeping their promise.

Norm Macdonald will be in Revelstoke on February 16th and is inviting those who wish to meet and speak with him to make an appointment by calling 1-866-870-4188 or by emailing him at norm.macdonald.mla@leg.bc.ca.
